Manveer Mann, LMFT #143031

Therapy is not an immediate fix, but I feel a direct and simplistic approach can help alleviate the struggle brought on by work, relationships, and personal challenges. I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing struggles brought on by the pandemic and various mental health disorders. A client's goals can be defined in session, and issues may be intertwined when explored in more detail. My style of therapy is adaptable to the need of the client. Working together, we can better understand your past to create a more optimistic future.

The thought of mental health and therapy can be off-putting for many people. I feel therapy is most effective if the individual or family can speak freely in a comfortable manner. This is why I have a more conversational style of psychotherapy. "If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got."

The fear of judgment is an understandable obstacle when looking for a therapist. When discussing problems or concerns, we can feel that we are alone with these emotions. By sharing these concerns, we can help decrease the burden we place on ourselves. "What you don't release will increase; share your story."
